Autolite 2100 to Clifford Adapter

Anyone know what adapter works with a Clifford intake to an Autolite 2100 2-barrel carb. Clifford web site says their adapter is not for Holley carbs (same bolt pattern).
The design of the Mr. Gasket 1933 gave me a vacuum leak at the edges.
Thanks again,...jack

The adapters I'm using on my Cliffords say Clifford on them and 2100 fit. Are you sure he didn't think you meant Holley/Weber 2Vs which is a different pattern?

You can make spacers if you have access to a band saw and a hole saw. I've used hardwood for spacers, when no EGR is needed. Or a scrap piece of composite counter top material. Or aluminum stock.

Larry from Clifford called me. Thank you, Larry.
NOTE TO LARRY: If my remarks are not correct, please correct me. I mean to be accurate.
He said the adapter is made for Weber carbs. Use with Holley 2 barrel carbs or any other 2 barrel carb will require mods to the adapter to fit and will result in poor performance - "flat spots, etc.".
Anyone have comments?.,...jack

I have been using the Mr Gasket adapter on mine without any problem.

You say so, Sir, but when you do speak [share your knowledge on the forum], I am reminded of the old EF Hutton commercials:

once acquired some printed circuit board scrap... glued multiple layers together, then made my cutouts with hole saw and bit on a drill press.Still leak free and working when I sold the Triumph years later. You think finding spacers for these is difficult, try obscure Brit-car parts...

Results:
I ordered a Clifford two barrel adapter from the picture on their website. The adapter i received was an 08-1013W - W as in Weber. The bolt pattern is Weber only. The bolt pattern for the Holley, Autolite, Motorcraft 2 barrel carbs has been eliminated. Larry refunded my $68, but of course, i had to eat the shipping both ways. He still has not posted the correct picture on the internet site.
No more Clifford for me - EVER. (except at a swap meet)
