OK, I'm jealous. For some crazy reason I like those ugly things. I really like the headlight bezels also. There is actually one here in town. Hopefully I will never see it for sale, or I'll be further in debt I'm sure.

Could not pass it up, only 600 bucks! the motor is in a box, and not the one between the seat's.

That's a great score Bill!

How about a 460 mounted in the bed? The engine cover inside could be converted to a cooler!

Bill W,
That truck has got the straightest front bumper I have ever seen on an E-100 not to mention the rear 1/4 panel.
Gotta give you some Rep Points just for posting the picture.

Congrats Bill,
Cool Truck! I love those.
They always look to me, like they're going to tip forward if you stop too fast...haha.
Enjoy.

Bill,
Great looking truck. Are you going to put a blown big block in it, move the engine back about 3 feet and make a wheel standing drag machine out of it????????? I see those trucks and always think of the Dodge "Lil Red Wagon".
Maybe when it cools down, maybe I'll take a ride down there and check it out.
Congrats,
Kevin

Put that big block all the way back and use a V-drive. You will need wheelie bars!!!

I had a 66 Econoline van that I stuffed a 351C in the stock location and it would carry the fronts for about 5' on a good launch. If you do go big block and V drive put a window on the floor so you can see where your going.

Hum.... a wheel stander would be so much fun! i like the way some of you are thinking, but no. I have a 302 and automatic trans that i would like to stuff in between the seats but cant find info on a motor/trans crossmember made for it (can someone help?), I think i want to leave it stock looking on the outside for now, small rims/tires, try to find some better side view mirrors, I found 48 cents cleaning it out! i put that toward an order of all 4 window seals from Dennis Carpenter 105 dollars + shipping.

Greg, thats a nice truck! i like the color, same as my motorcycle.

I added pic's to my Garage

Bill,
Won't a 64.5 to 68 Mustang 260-289 transmission crossmember fit?
I can't remember but seems like they will.
