Hey!
I have 1990 F450 superduty with rusted front fenders, doors and hood. I have also rustfree 1983 F100, will those parts from -83 fitt to the -90. Of cource i have to change bumber, grill, headlamps, etz.. from older cab if those parts fit to the -90 cab.

 

Yes, they will swap. You will also have to swap the core support so your grill/headlights/etc. will mount up properly.
