will any parts from an E-150 fit my truck?
Hey guys, there's an '86 e-150 for parts around my place, and I'm wondering if the dash is the same as the '80-'86 f-150's?

No, they are more like the 70's trucks. The frame is wider, so many suspension parts are different. powertrain is about all that is of use, and the pan and motor mounts tend to be different as well.
