Torque and sequence info needed

I have a 352 and I'm putting new heads on. I need to know the tightening sequence and torque settings for the heads and the intake/exhaust manifolds. Having a little trouble finding them. Thanks
Rob

Heads: Top row is odd #'s bottom row even #'s center top is #1 work your way through it in an outward spiral. I usually start at 50lbs and go up in 15lb increments to 95lbs.

Intake:
rear of intake drvr side (4,7,1,9,6)
rear of intake pass side (5,10,2,8,3) snug the 32-35lbs

exhaust manifolds: center out spiral 18-24lbs

Are these tin heat sheilds really necessary? they're pretty rusted. I was just going to go without.

I have a new set (in the box) I'll let go for real reasonable! PM me if interested. Think they were $45 at NAPA new. Probably better off with the normal exhaust gaskets and forget the heat shields. IMO

I think that's what I'm going to do. and I just realized i have a complete gasket set so I'm going to go ahead and replace the timing gears and chain while I have it apart this far. Hoping i can get the pan out without removing the motor all the way.
