Have an appointment for tomorrow at El Monte RV in Santa Fe Springs. That anomaly right there should raise a red flag - I mean, they don't even know where they are.
Well, El Monte was a bust. Had an appointment for 7 AM, by 8:30 the guy hasn't shown up for work, and no one else can help me. That was enough for a not-so fond farewell.
It's a very nice looking place, but I think rental RV's are what they really want to do, and everything that I saw in their shop looked like their own coaches torn up by renters. At this point I don't believe they really care about working on my trailer.
This ended up with Snell's in El Monte doing the work. I approved the work on a Tuesday, and it was done that Friday, although I didn't pick it up until today. It was a $2,100 job. I cannot find anything wrong with the workmanship.
