I just got this in from the fine folks at the RV place in Knoxville. They are goning to give us a discount. Could be a good choice for some of you folks coming in and wanting to stay close. Might also want to go in together and split the cost. Don't forget to add the site cost to the total.

Yes we can help you. I will rent and deliver and set up and pick up and tear down rental units. I also have motorhomes that those who are flying in can pick up if they want to. I will adjust rates and give a good deal on delivery and pick up. The rentals can all be viewed at www.tennesseerv.com and go to the rental section.
I will give a 15% discount on any regular rates and reduce the delivery fee. Please have your customers call me atn 865.932.2562 and mention the event which will get them the discount. I have travel trailers from 23' to 29' and motorhomes from 28' to 31'. Some of these units will sleep as many as 9 people. I am looking forward to renting as many as possible to your event and will work with you to that end.

Thanks, I know there are at least a few that are coming but don't have a place to stay. Paul and Tammie are two, I know Mike (Tenn01) had said something about it and I'm sure there are others that would prefer to stay in the campground for what ever reason.

Thanks for setting that up Barry. I am sure that more than one of us will take them up on the offer. I have to tell you, At Smokin' last year my family, Kris and I stayed off site, and while it was a very nice place, it was a bit of a PIA because we weren't down at the campsite able to mingle and just hang out. Had to worry about the trip back. Not really being able to cut loose.

 

I'll pass the info on to the Snap-On guy in case he does'nt buy a TT before then.

I got an email from them today and they will deliver and set up for $50.00 and tear down and take back for the same. She is willing to give us the mileage fee to help us out. Like JD stated we also have several that will go get them for you if you have them paid up.

 

Well like was said earlier the me, Scott, Huck & Rick can handle the campers and save everyone a hundred bucks its already pricey to rent them as is.

 

I would also be willing to help, I have a 5th wheel hitch in the back if someone wants to go that route. I should be down there Tuesday and leaving sunday.

* Both Awards are open only to 7.3L trucks. The low horsepower award is defined as the truck with the lowest hp run under "normal" conditions. Normal conditions are defined as your truck runs on a daily basis. Pulling off intercooler boots, easy pedaling runs, running clogged intake filters, etc will be disqualified for cheating. The purpose of this is to help people with a truly stock truck get a leg up on modding. Trucks for the low hp award will be tech inspected to verify a fair playing field for all.
