Hey all first time poster but I have been lurking for awhile. My 2001 Expy started to idle rough and have hesitation during acceration. Minor on both. I looked online and think it is most likely a PCV or EGR issue. However the vehicle is due for a tune up as she has 103000 miles on her. I'm a computer tech and not good with cars. Therefore I was wondering if someone could give me a reco for a good mechanic in the Greenville, SC area. Thanks for any info you can give me...

Do you have a CEL on, could also be in need of a COP or two. Can't help you with a good mech. in your area. Welcome to FTE.

 

A coil that is weak will cause a miss when you accelerate, placing it under a load.
