In the process of converting to diesel from 351. Starting on fuel system conversion. In regard to the fuel lines for fuel tanks, have removed gas fuel pump, fuel filter and fuel reservoir. Can I use the remaining existing fuel lines and connect to the 6 port fuel tank selector valve or do I have to change all fuel lines from tanks to 6 port fuel tank selector valve? If I have to change the fuel lines out from the tanks what is the best size of fuel line to use? Is using a rubber or synthetic type fuel line acceptable or do I have to use carbon steel and do a complete replacement?

 

If you go to a large rear tank and drop the side tank then you can do away with the switch. Then you can buy the blue fuel hose and run it the whole way. The blue hose like the airdog stuff. Plus you can upgrade the filters and seperater too
