460 T19 vs. 6.9 t19 ratios

I know there are 3 T19 ratios, close medium and wide.
What T19 did the 460 get, what T19 did the 6.9 get and
what got the other? how far apart are the gasser and 6.9 gear ratios?
are all T19s 4x4 or are thy different?

The ratios seem to be spread all over. The wide is mostly HD gas, but also some 460. The close is diesel and 460, the middle is some 460. The Novak site spells it out, but it's giving me a headache, and seeing it on their site is more accurate anyway. Link below.

T19s are not all 4x4, and not all Ford applications either.

Listed here are "gas" vs. "diesel", but no other info about application or gas use of the close.

This is the Novak site, all 3 ratio sets are listed and they explain the applications:

I have a 460 2wd I am making 6.9 4wd and was hoping to not have to change the trans.
so are all 2wd T19 trucks not 4wd compatible with out a trans change? what is different?

The 4x4 trans has a tailshaft that will bolt, via an adaptor, to the transfer case. You MAY be able to swap tail shaft housings on these transmissions without complete trans disassembly, and solve your x2 to x4 problem that way. Perhaps a better mind that had done this will chime in.
