unrealistic expectation?

I expect for the truck to go when you press the go pedal. When the truck is cold, it has little power. If in neutral I floor the truck it only revs to about 2K, then slowly climbs, When in gear it is almost scary. It will not get into traffic without creating problems.
After about 20 min. It is running great, and has the normal turbo lag.
Dealer has changed the turbo, and worked on it. They thought that they had it fixed. Now it is better, but still doing the same thing.
The truck's engine is completely stock. And I have no desire to chip it.
Going to take it back again, any ideas on what can cause this?

Sounds like injectors or ICP to me but dealer should be able to tell pretty easy.

Sounds like it could be injector stiction.

What flash is in it. I had the inductive heating flash put in my truck in Feb. 08 and that cured the majority of some of my issues. When the FICM finally went bad that cured the rest.

Dealer has had it 2X, and not got it yet.
I am getting close to the end of warranty, and want to get it corrected.
I will bring these items up,
they have replaced the trbo, and reflashed several modules. Do not know what program I have. I will ask.
Any other ideas?
Thanks again.

is there a cleaner that will help with stiction. I know I need to learn more about it, but thought I would ask.
The injectors are not covered under the extended warranty.

Some folks have had some luck with the Hot Shots additive, some not so much. Do a search and read up.

It is the for ESP, Powertrain, it does not list the diesel injectors until you get up to the extra care. Or are they?
