It's a 1 piece hub assembly, about $400.00 each from ford or BCA Federal Mogal, DON'T and I Mean DON'T buy the cheap china crap that pep boys, napa, auto zone and many others sell, ask for brand name. with that said, remove the wheel, calliper, caliper support, rotor, 4x4 hub,(squeeze the lock ring together and pull) axel lock ring, and 4 nuts on the back side of the spindle and carefully pull the hub forward, make sure you install the o ring on the new hub and apply a light coating of oil on the large seal on the axel knuckle and re-assemble in reverse order, good luck,I hope this helps.

ball joint instillation
It is hosted on another forum but it is a good write up. It happens to be how to replace ball joints but in the process he pulls the bearing hubs. Just stop at that point and reassemble. good luck.
