Off-road diesel smoke :)

if i put off road diesel in my truck ( i basically just haul stuff round the field with it ) will it harm it? and i have heard that the black smoke will just roll with off road fuel i know its just wasted fuel but mileage isnt really a factor with my truck lol I know you can be fined to Im just askin what it does

It is the same fuel just has a red dye. The performance is the same. In a lot of places you can still get clear offroad fuel.

also, some areas, like here, the off road is still LSD and if you are in the right place at the right time HSD.

In 95% of the places that sell fuel, what is in the off road tank is exactly the same fuel as what is in the highway fuel tank.

The difference is highway use tax is not paid on the fuel and it is probably dyed red.

Be aware that it don't take much off road fuel to stain the tank red.
And it don't take much off road to turn a tank of highway fuel red/pink either.
