f250 or f350 coil springs

does ford make 3/4 ton or 1 ton coil springs for a old 79 ford f250 4x4 because i have a 1979 f150 4x4 and i would like the put 3/4 ton or 1 ton coil springs on the front of it for the lift and strength? clueless please help

No, they didn't. F250/F350 had leaves up front. Only 2WDs have coils.

Todds79 is a member who has the "another crewcab back on the road" post,,he put coils on his 250 crewcab,,might want to message him and see how he did it
