Hey Kevin,
You're not cheap, just thrifty. You think you are the only one that does that stuff??? Just wait until you come to get your frame. You will see what I mean. Any damn fool looking to part with his money can buy stuff from pricey stores and custom parts shops. It takes a true innovator to come up with something as good or better for free or from a donor. For me the object is to either use, sell or trade off everything from a donor that I can so there is nothing left but the memory. My wife thinks there are too many of my memories in the back yard now ans is hoping I can forget some of them.

Later Man...

bad part is i keep looking at that front clip as it is the right width to easily be swapped into a truck like ours ............... i just keep telling myself k.i.s.s. keep it simple sh--head . i was looking at a picture of the 89 dollar and up master cylinder brackets / plates that mounts a dual mc ... why the hades would ya pay for one it'd be a simple job to make it .............. been entertaining the notion of making the front frame horns look like those of a duece and putting a spreader bar in there instead of running a front bumper also . its gravel pan is pretty rough to on the right side , and i'm entertaining the notion of when repairing it putting a recess in the middle and finding a cheap something that looks like a moon tank .... these kinda thoughts are what gets me in deep doo dooo .............
