5 lug to 8 lug conversion

How do I convert a '79 half ton Dana 44 from 5 lugs to the 8 lug 3/4 ton bolt patern? Just wanted to know what donor parts I need. Year, truck, parts etc? Thanks.

79 or older 3/4 ton light duty (HD Dana 44) will bolt right up.
you'll need from the spindles out, calipers and rotors. the drive shafts and hubs are the same.
I'm not sure of 80 or newer HD D44 will work or not.

You can also use 80-92 Dodge 3/4 ton parts as they are the same. I have done this twice.
