3 FTE'ers TODAY

Today, me, Homade, and Truxx56 all met up at the Hot Rod Trucks F100 booth at the Swap meet in Louisville. I took a vacation day and made the trip. Terry's dad has been sick and it was a good get away for him and Marcie. Garry bought some parts from Rodney at Hot Rods and I did to. I am not responsible if this photo breaks or damages anyone's monitor.

Donald,

I checked your gallery. I like the looks of your truck, being a stock guy myself. Are the latest pics the ones with the red rims? I like that look especially with the red FORD letters. Are you going to put on a spare tire?

That's three of a kind that would take a Royal Flush to beat!!! Glad you all had a good time. Bet that swap meet will never be the same. Little too far for me to go so, I spent the day cleaning, sanding, and painting. A few steps closer to getting on the road.

Havi, wish all of us could get together at something like this, I had a ball with Tacson and Truxx today, it's a shame a lot of us don't live closer. You would have enjoyed the weather, upper 60's and beautiful, sweating hauling all our junk, (I mean stuff) to the truck, Truxx tried to buy everything, made his sweetie pull the wagon all day, what a girl.

Talking

Yep, we had a BIG time!! It's always nice to get together with fellow FTE'rs at an event. I'm like homade, I WISH we lived closer together, we'd have a great time workin on our trucks and hanging out. It's amazing how old trucks and good times go together. I bought alot of good stuff and had a great time. They dont let me out much so I'm like a kid in a candy store.

Abe are you a mind reader. I bought a wheel adapter to mount to my spare tire carrier from Hot Rod Trucks. The adapter allows me to mount a spare that has the ford car pattern that matches my front and rear suspension. Which do you all like better?? SPARE tire or NO SPARE TIRE on the truck. Im working on the one around my midsection

I walked thru the other section where Terry and Marcie were when we called them. I didnt buy anything else. I did see some 56 F100 doors but they needed bottoms so I passed on them. I will see if I can get there on July 18th. Lord willing though me, you, and Terry will definitely have to get together for a donut or three @ Pigeon Forge. Then I will be off getting around taking pictures, talking to truckers, and getting ideas. Later guys gotta work in the morning
