Changing 92 f150 from fi to carb

I have a 92 f150 with an automatic and 4x4. I was wondering what i have to do to change it over to carburator. What wiring issues/other problems I might have. thank you everyone.

Why do you want to go backwards?

Really, REALLY, REALLY! think this one over before you regress fuel control to the dark ages! If it's because you're unfamiliar with fuel injection technology, learn about it first before making a mistake and going back to venturis. Fuel injection is here to stay for many reasons, and it isn't hype.

Carb is not the answer.. doesn't matter what your problem is. The tranny in your truck is computer controlled so it has to stay or you have to buy a violently expensive aftermarket tranny controller($1000).

here are two threads i commented in on all the parts you need w/ part #s and how to do it

Leave the EFI alone. Carbs are primitive crude items.
Would you replace the electronic ignition with points as well?
Read a book on EFI setup and programing and enjoy the benefits of modern technology.

not to mention most states you'll never pass emissions so you'll be paying fines left and right

if your in pa i can get you around emissions just pm me it's pretty easy, and carbs are not primitive crude items what do you think the ratio of 10 sec cars with carbs to fuel injection is?---most states what i do will work but pm me

that's just stupid to replace the electronic ignition with points but an msd ignition and a carb is the way to go
