c6 question

c6 question

<hr style="color: rgb(209, 209, 225); background-color: rgb(209, 209, 225);" size="1"> <!-- / icon and title --> <!-- message --> <!-- BEGIN TEMPLATE: ad_showthread_firstpost_start --> <!-- END TEMPLATE: ad_showthread_firstpost_start --> i have a 88 250 4x4 5.8L c6 i changed the flywheel and also changed the trans filter/gasket now it will only go in reverse and if u hit the gas hard it will start to catch a lil in 1 2 or D fluid level is good all connectors and lines are hooked up correctly any ideas please help thanx Doug

make sure your filter is bolted up good to the valvebody and are you sure the convertor is splined in the pump? i suppose it could have come out while removing the trans. also check the shift linkage for proper adjustment. other than that i dont know. checking the fluid while running in park right?

The converter to pump gets my vote.
