With dually tires, the only thing that I've heard is not to let them rub against each other... Beyond that, I think that tire pressure is a matter of choice, especially when not towing/hauling. The tires will wear more quickly on the outside edge at lower pressures. Experiment with different tire pressures until you find the one that seems best.
