I need some 2x4 ,2x3, and 4x4 box tubing with preferably 1/4 wall. Ill take anything else i can get but thats what i need the most. Anyone know where i can pic up some stuff cheap? I don't know about all the way up at your area, but isn't there a big scrapyard in Weston? That's where all the guys around here were hauling scrap back when it was profitable. They would probably have some stuff laying around that should be cheap.
There's a place on my side of Elkins, Valley Steel I think is their name, and I think they'll sell stuff by the foot. I imagine there's a place up your way though that will do the same.

Check with any local Steel Fabrication Shop for what you want. They may let you search their scrap bins for what you need if you ask. In the scrap bins you will find odds and ends of new material that has been disgarded after fabrication. Sometimes you get lucky. I always did better when I bought it by the pound.

I realize this thread is over a month old but just wanted to say that I have been to Mont Levine in Fairmont to deliver loads of steel quit a few times (I'm a truck driver - of course). wow, was that a treat the 1st time going there - big truck pulling a 48 ft flatbed with a 10 ft sread axle and about 48,000 lbs of steel on!!! I've been there enough now that its no big deal. just my 2 cents worth!

Not mine, one of the guys I work with though.
Right now it has a 400 in it with a regeared and built C6 behind it.
E4OD low gear in the C 6 case for a lower first gear.
Transfer case I don't remember right now, 205 if I remember right.
Rockwells front and rear.
Welded rear, the front will also probably be welded when the hydro steering goes in.
The 514 to replace the 400 is being built, should be pumping out close to 800 HP when that goes in.
Front axle back out Friday, had to change the angle on the pinion for more u joint clearance.
Those tires are not on it now, those were loaners for mock up that had to go back to the owners today.
Same size tires going back on, but waiting on the wheels right now.
RRhamco was the company name for Rich Reager at Flemington that I could not remember.
