Wink 4.2 1998 vacuum hose & rubber elbow needed

Guys,I`m in the Fla. Keys,truck is down upper plenum is off. I`m 50 miles from dealer. Anyone know exactly where and who to order from online or by phone?I need hard plastic vacuum line from under throttle body back to pcv and rear of plenum. also the rubber elbow at rear of plenum on this same line. Hose oem # F8PE-7658-AA. Tried a couple dealer sites onlne , won`t let me mine down to small parts. Help, getting cabin fever. Might be worth a fishing trip
