1956 Ford C600 Flatbed Truck w Telescoping Hoist

 

I've posted about this truck before, the CL as is from the Chi Town area but the truck is only about a mile away from my shop just north of Milwaukee. If anyone is interested I can get to it easy enough to take a look at it again. I walk around it a while back and it looked like a really decent truck, not absolute mint, but very nice.

 

this one is a bit out of my budget. but spectating the uPaY auction, nonetheless.

I called the guy about it a few weeks ago...his price keeps going down as the market drops...first time around on ebay he turned down the high bid which later proved to be more than he is asking now. If the truck was a little closer to the West coast I probably would have bought it anyway but the transportation costs really add a lot to the price for me. The history of the truck is that he got a couple of them with a farm that he bought...they were sitting in the barn and he has no use for them.
