Okay folks, I would like to run this up the flag pole to see if there is any interest. There are quite a few chapters that have gone and created their own chapter logo / decals and GLR had contacted me wondering what my thoughts were on the subject.
Personally I think that it would be a good idea to get something made up so that we all can help to promote the chapter.
As to what to have made up, I would like a window sticker of some sort. Other chapters have created bumper stickers also.
Let us use this thread to brainstorm in and if you have an opinion, feel free to speak up.... if you have an idea, post it up. I am sure that with the members here we should be able to come up with something great.

I don't know if we would have to get FTE permission or not to use their logo. How about incorporating a pic of the Statue of Liberty, or State flag? I put my VA bumper sticker on the outside of my truck cap rear window (4 yrs ago) and it's held up well. Should we have a design contest? There's not much response here so maybe there is no interest.....

It is my understanding that anything that has Ford Truck Enthisiasts usd in the design would need to have approval by the powers to be which should not be a problem once we get a design.

I know for UP-staters, it might be a good idea to include something non-NYC.

I feel that Lady Liberty is a well known represenative of NY whether it is around NYC o r upstate.

If you guys look in my gallery, under "Logo", you can see what we did in Nebraska. It's pretty simple, but we don't have any graphic designers in the chapter, so we did what we could!! Neil, if you get decals made, how about we swap one for one!
