Gears for my 95 F150

I'm interested in a gear change for 95 f150 (4.10s or 4.56s) I would like to get a complete front and rear end if possible...Anyone parting out a project with these gears?
I talked to the local drive line shop, and they want around 1600 to do the front and back Thats a complete overhaul!

Is that a 8.8 rear and a D44 front?
