So yesterday I saw a bald eagle along the snake river in burley. I have seen it before down by star falls and out around Wilson Lake. Everytime I see it I think holy cow that is one big bird.

I used to work at a little shipyard near Kingston, WA that had a nesting pole on the property. If you think they're big birds, you should see their dumps. They put seagulls to shame.

Yesterday I went out and picked up a Ruger MarkIII Hunter 22LR in the stainless steel model. Going to try and go out today and see how it shoots, the reviews that I have read on it say that it is a very accurate pistol. Mabey even try and shoot some trap, we'll have to wait and see how the weather acts though.

I suppose its all relative, but here in Hazelton/Eden area I don't think that we are supposed to get above freezing for a while and have some pretty good winds. I know the other day it was cccccold out.

My Courier has a hell of a time against the headwinds going down 25, especially when I hit that hill heading west out of Eden. I usually wind up having to hold 4th after that first little hump, then sometimes it's down to third to get over the big one.
It was funny yesterday, though, when the oil delivery guy opened the back shop door. One of the other workers opened the office door, and all the paper towels from the trash can blew right out.
