what to do if your entertainment screen goes out
This is a follow up to an earlier post.
If anyone ever has an entertainment screen stop functioning here is what I learned. I went through the owners manual looking for possible fuses that could be the cause. I was looking for navigation, or blue tooth, or any of the other multiple functions it provides.
What I DIDN'T look for, unfortunately, was the radio. That was it.
142 dealership dollars later I was good to go. I posted this question on another Ford forum and also called the dealership 3 times to try to get an idea of what to look for with negative results. No one suggested the radio fuse.
I learned a lesson the hard way so if any of YOU have a darkened entertainment screen on your Expy, try fuse #39, the radio!
