'96 5.8 stock injector size?

This is an OBD ll, roller 5.8. I need to know what the stock injector size is for this engine. I always thought they were 19's but someone just sold me a set of Motorsport 24's absolutely certain that this is a stock replacement fuel injector. Who knows for certain...or where I can find out for certain?
Thanks,
Bob

The stock injector size was 19lbs per hour. You could step up to the 24lb/hr but I don't think it'll do much good.

The Lightning motor used the blue 24lb squirters, but the regular 5.8 used the orange 19lb version. Swapping these on an otherwise stock motor will produce drivability problems and codes too I bet.

My orange injectors have p/n F2TE-A3A. These corrospond to a 19lber on some listing I found. Back to the parts store to exchange. I should've gone with my gut...
Thanks for the replies.

From what I've read, the lightning used 19lb injectors as well, and only the 460 used 24lb injectors. The 24's will have blue tops and exterior size wise will fit in place of the 19's. As already mentioned, this isn't such a good idea without tuning.

It just make the truck run rich. Like the computer could lean it out enough, but then you've wasted money on larger injectors that aren't doing you any good.
