Mod Pros Help Please.

Truck to Mod: 2007 SCrew, 4x4, 5.4 with 3.73. Already own it.

Truck Use: Work Truck, Me as Owner of Utility Construction Business.

Truck Currently Using: 2003 F350 LWB 7.3 4x4 CC (turning into a crew truck)

I want to know what it takes to make the following happen: slightly increase the ride height of the truck to accommodate taller tires.

Level Front
Possible Tire Increase to 285's, but need E Rated

I'm going to be towing and putting materials in the bed. When towing it will be probably up to 7-8,500 lbs. and that is near the limit for the truck.

I also want to add payload helper in the form of bags or supersprings, etc.

I'm not a truck modification person so I'm not sure what is the better combination to do all of this since its primary use will be work. In a separate thread I've discussed a swap from 3.73 to 4.10. I'm also planning on adding an Edge programmer.

There are hundreds of ways to level some better than others in given situations. Same is true for payload helper mods.

I'm asking for you F150 mod people to chime in.

from what you said i feel like a add a leaf would be the best like you said you do Utility work which i bet some miner offroading not shore how air bags would hold up for that but if thats not the case and cost is not a factor go for airbags

for programers edge is great and i have one and really like it but some will say get a custom gyhson from power hungry performance ...they tune it to your likeings it a little more money but everone always says it worth it

with a bone stock 4x4, you can fit the 285 width tires you want though. a 275 width tire comes stock on the FX4...so you really don't need a leveling kit...'cept for looks

x2 on the edge really wanting one myself. As for the 285 tires if your wanting a 35" tire that will wear right on stock rims I'd go with 285/75R18 toyos; that is if you have 18" rims.
