Some of you have asked to be updated on the execution of Marco Chapman by the state of Kentucky for the murder of my grandchildren on August, 23, 2002 and the attempted murder of my other grandaughter and her mother.
On Friday, Nov,21,2008 at 7:34 pm Marco Chapman was put to death for these crimes at the Eddyville, Ky. state pen.
Will this change the way the family feels, I think not because of the loss of two beatiful children, Chelbi Sharon, age 7 and Cody Sharon, Age 6.
I make no bones that I am glad he is dead and am glad the state let me witness his death because he deserved to die and I'm glad I got to see it happen in my lifetime.

You know it pisses me off how much money we spend letting these scumbags appeal their sentences. Shoot them after the trial, bill me for the bullets !
Homade, I am sad to hear this happened, it really makes my skin crawl to hear about such terrible things like that, especially to children.
Hopefully, in the afterlife he gets whats really comming to him !

Gary,

You are a stronger man than I. I must admit, although I am a strong avocate for capital punishment I don't know if I could witness the actual execution myself. I have a hard time killing a bug but this guy is a lower form of life than a bug. I don't know, none of us do, until we are placed in such an unfortunate situation what we would do. Maybe I'd feel different, hopefully I will never ever have to experience it.
