Tokico composite overload springs? and others Qs

Has anyone tried these?
<http://www.tokicogasshocks.com/truck/loadleaf.html>

I need to redo my rear suspension as the ride is killing me! I've got the stock spring pack with the Rancho add-a-leaf lift. Brutal ride until I put at least 350 pounds of cargo in the bed, and that's with the weight of a SnugTop!

I'm thinking of taking out the add-a-leaf , and switching to a block lift, the Tokico overload springs and possibly BFG Velvet-ride shackles.

I'm not worried about spring wrap with the lift blocks as I have traction bars. I don't know if the BFG Velvet-ride shackles will even do anything with the added weight of the SnugTop possibly bottoming out the rubber in the shackles.

Has any used any of the teflon/slick plastic inserts that go between each spring to reduce the friction in the pack?

85 F150 4x4, Bal & BP 302, EFI, K&N air filter, Heddman headers, High-flow Cats, Custom side-exit exhaust, 4" Rancho lift, Rancho 9000 shocks, Rancho Torque Arms, 4.10:1 gears, Rear limited slip diff., 33" BFGs, Warn Winch, SnugTop.

it would probably be much cheaper and easier to remove the add a leaf and just stick a block in there. the ride will be much better and you wont even feel the block. that what i would do in your situation.
