Kinda new guy here.

Was a member of the BB pre-FTE days! (2001)
Had a '63 F100 Unibody
Then that truck was stolen
**few years pass by**
Got a '66 Stepside, came back, joined "new" ford-trucks.com/forum
Sold the truck to appease SWMBO
**few more years pass by**
Bought current truck = '04 F250 SD 6.0L
Decided to check the forum out again, so here I am.

New to Site

I received my new 2017 super duty Lariat today. Awesome new changes. I traded my 2016 SD Lariat watched all the changes in the new design and had to try it out last week and was hooked. This is my 3rd SD Truck. I have a 40ft fifth Wheel Avalanche to haul around

Hey all. I'm Skinney. Eastern Ontario Canadian. Lurked here off and on for about three years now. I've never read a bad thread here, and have enjoyed the knowledge ( which I have put to use many times) that is so freely given here.

There is a method to my madness though. Saturday I am going to look at a 1978 F-100, with a punched up 289. I've been told that the only issue is it needs cab corners and they come with the truck. Gonna be asking lots of questions. Lol. Happy to be here.

Talking Noobie

Just checking in, new (to me) Ford Truck owner, have participated in many forums over the years in various interests. Will probably post my questions and hope to have answers for others as well. Have to update the new profile, but I tend to minimize the personal stuff.

Hello

Hello and thank you for allowing me to join your board, I enjoy Fords very much and have for all my life except about thirty of the Cars i have owned. My first car was a 1956 Ford Truck i purchased for Fifteen dollars from a old farmer i k new down the road a bit.
Next was a 1965 Galaxy 500 2 door Hrd top my dad bought brand new, it had a 289 engine and automatic trans when it was passed to me; it had tossed a timing chain sit in the barn for a few years before i twisted my grandfathers 71 LTD around a telephone pole, it had a 351 W which eventually found its way into the 500, after some mild build up; and that is where my love of the 351W began,, so here i am 35 years later trying to learn about EFI and toss my dollars as few as they are' at s 1988 F150 4x4 with a EFI 351W please find me a extream newbi to the SD EFI world
Thanks,
bentwire
