Whats your daily driver?
Just as the title says. What is your daily driver? When you start putting big tires on your truck and jacking it up, the mileage goes WAY down... So what do you drive to work or school everyday to compensate with the cost of fuel. If your wheeling rig is your DD are you looking for a new dd or no?
Me personally i am looking for a new DD. Not really sure on what i want yet, probably get a thunderbird or something similar.
Heck a terminator stang would be nice, but i see trouble with that...

Its an 07 Dodge, and its because of the engine! I would have liked manual hubs, and i do like the Ford Super duty all around probably a little better, but i didnt like the driving feel of the 6.0 as well as the Cummins, and id heard about the bugs that plagued early 6.0's. I didnt want all the new emissions crap that the new diesels were getting, nor did i want the first years model of a new engine! So,that eliminated the 6.4 and the 6.7 cummins, and i wanted a truck with a solid front axle,so that tossed Chev/GMC out of contention.........

I too drive a Super Duty, and I travel like crazy for work. I dont drive the SD too often, and have a new Mini Cooper "S" for daily activites.
I intend to drive the wheels off of this, and keep a new Cooper or something similar every few years.
I also have a small toyota tacoma (bone stock) that gets me over 30 mpg's.
I do not know how many D60F's that I have hauled home with that, though it struggles with rockwell axles, lol.
200K miles on the clock, and it is as clean as can, be.
I am too old to drive something that is all blinged out, (though I do have a couple of those, big wheels, blah, blah, blah, and my dually is lowered with a roller 502), so the toyota will do just fine.
Cold A/C and it has not had a payment since 1997. Runs like new, and will burn rubber to this day.
Cant complain, other than, cruise control would be cool.

'88 F-350 was my daily until my engine went downhill.
Put another 460 in it but i'm having electrical issues right now.
It was getting about 8mpg before the engine was pulled.
Now i'm driving a 1990 Ford F-250. It gets about 14mpg with the 460. Overdrive makes a big difference.
I'm thinking of buying my friends Toyota Camry. '88. Its a manual but its stuck in reverse. I'd only get it if I could get it out of reverse and driving with little work. :P
