Yes, they just pop off...might have to do some prying. Or you could do what I did this last weekend while taking a 150lbs furniture dolly out of the back of your truck and let it rip the cover off for you...stupid fricken hurricane. I've done more damage to my truck and property helping others recover from Ike than the storm did, darnit.
I digress...it just pulls off. If anyone knows a good, cheap place to get a replacement please post.

I was loading a ATV in my truck and the tire caught the cap. It popped half of it off and broke the clips. When I tried to pull the other half off without breaking the clips I think I ended up breaking half of them. You just got to take it slow and use something to pop the clips through with.
The cheapest place I find for a replacement was the parts sponsor on here. I think his website is ftepartsguy.com . I could not find it cheaper anywhere else.
