Lifted my 08 Harley F250

Just added a 4" lift to my SD, it's been awhile since I have bought oversized tires and I been looking at the Mickey Thompson MTZ and the ProComp Xtreme MT, this truck won't see a lot of mud, I keep my 99 F250 for that. But if I need to get to a good hunting or fishing spot, I want it to go the way I point it. Any pro's or con's on either of the two I'm looking at?

Didn't get any replies back to my question, so I went with the ProComp extreme MT, great looking tire. But with the 4 in lift the 35x1250x20 were a bit small for my likings,so I brought 37x12.50 20, so if anyone is looking for a set of brand new 35's PM me .

Looks good.

We've done a few 08s with 4.5" of lift and 37/13.50s on aftermarket wheels.
(08s have larger wheel well openings vs 99-07).

BTW those Running boards look goofy with your lift and will look worse with the 37s... you should take them off immediately and SELL THEM TO ME... CHEAP :-)

Sorry couldn't resist, I really like the new HD running boards, NICE TRUCK!

Nice looking truck Fats! I want to do something with mine, could you measure center of the front wheel to the bottom lip of the fender please? I'm wondering how much a 4.5 lift will raise mine. I'm setting at 26" center to bottom of front fender now.

How tall are the tires on the photo?

Thanks

The tires on there when this picture was taken are 35x12.5x20, they come out to about 34.8 inches tall, but with the 4 inch lift there is a lot of room in the fender wells, once I get the 37's on I'll post somemere pic's. I can't get the measurement for you, I.m currently sitting in Afghanistan.

How about measurements from the ground to the bottom of the fenders. Sure would like to see the truck, but it won't show in the Govt computer. Be safe.
