White smoke is unburnt fuel. Excessive idling will cause white smoke
if the engine temp drops too low for complete combustion.
Get A hotter thermostat (203F). Adds a little Performance too.

BTW:
Blue smoke is oil
Black smoke it too much fuel.

Check the base of the injectors for bubbles while running
at normal temp.
Does it run OK when smoking? Missing, lack of power ect.
Are you loosing coolant?
Is it running hotter than normal?
Check your coolant bottle for engine oil.
Check your oil level, high or low, and for coolant in the oil.
I agree with waljon, It could be injector o rings
or injector cups.

FYI my Injector O rings are shot and they have been getting slowly worse over the summer my symptoms at first were smoke like you are talking about and oily residue on the tail pipe just like you I still do not have any mixing of fluids or some of the other symptoms that go along with it .
This summer I put a 203* stat in and it kinda got rid of the smoking thing at Idle now my exhaust is just real black and sooty.
