Volant with Powercore...even better with the ram air duct that mounts to the tow hook bolts...

Does anyone have a picture of an AFE sealed intake? Also, does a throttle body spacer improve performance and mileage? Curious. Thanks

throttle body spacer is a true waste of money. we have direct port injection. tb spacers work with carb'd vehicles and pretty much nothing that is EFI.

That's what I thought. Iwas just curious because I am considering a cold air intake. Anything to actually get better mileage. Thanks, Tylus

Has anybody had warranty issues with a CAI I know some dealers frown on them especially the oiled ones.

nope. dealer has seen mine at least x2 times and said nothing.

they frown on the oiled filters because people don't believe a little goes a long ways. people frequently over-oil the filters...alot.

then the dealer has to clean the MAF and deal with a customer who swears his CAI didn't do it.

more of an annoyance than a motor harmer IMO. just be careful with that oil

how dirty are the roads you drive on?
is it really dusty in your area?
Do you live in the South where the bugs are wild?

bunch of factors. best bet is to check on it about 1 time a month...roughly
