No, the 350 drums are different. Front drums are the same as 250 but use a different bolt pattern. Rears on a 350 are unique and are 13".

C2TZ1126D .. Rear Brake Drum (C2TZ-1126-D is a Ford updated part number, it replaced TCAA-1126-A) / 6 lug / 7.25" Bolt Circle / 13" I.D. / 3.06" Brake Surface Width / Fits: 1953/66 F350.

According to my two internet obsolete parts search sites, no Ford Dealer or obsolete Ford parts seller has any. JobLot & Classic Auto Parts in OKC do not list their inventory on the net, so they might have them.
