Power steering
I am in the process of rebuilding my stock box and have a ram style power steering system that I want to add. I know that I will need a pump and proper brakets for my motor. I know that I want to use the orginal eaton style pump but dont know what brackets I need to look for. I have a 54 f100 with a 57 292. The timing cover I believe is off the 54 as it uses the smaller water pump and different fuel pump( I did a lot of research haha). Also my truck has the high mount water pump and the fan mounts above the pump. not to the hub on the water pump. So if anyone can be of assistance in what I need to find and where to find it it would be great. Thanks

If Mike can't help, I know of no other source. 1955/57 T-Bird parts are all tegether different (except for the pump & pulley) and will not work.
btw: There are four different Eaton P/S pumps: 900-3A674 & 900-3A674-AC / 1100-3A674 & 1100-3A674-AC.
The 900 series was used on I-6's & Y blocks, the 1100 series on FE engines.
AC means just that = Air Conditioning.
These various Eaton pumps are marked (stamped) on the face of a big bolt head at the front of the pump as to what they are...and Ford wasn't the only one to use them.
Studebaker used them (1956/66), as did Packard ('52/56), Nash, Rambler, Hudson, Kaiser, and others in the 1950's thru roughly 1965, so all the pumps and P/S pulleys are relatively EZ to find...in comparison to the other stuff, which is not.
