Yeah, that's one thing I like about living in the central time zone... I can watch Jay's opening monologue and still get to bed by 11:00.

word up guys, just got done DDin' for my roommate, and driving his scale-tipping one night stand home...while she kept going on about how i apparently didn't kno where i was driving...damn near kicked her out of my truck, was getting a little irritating... but anywho, off to bed, class starts at 8...crap...

Good Morning All. I haven't been on in awhile and will probably not be on as often here for the next couple weeks because:

ITS A BOY!!!!!!!!! He was born 8/30/08 at 9:01pm and weighed 7 lbs 3 oz. We just arrived home yesterday afternoon. We named him Aven Daniel. Daniel is my dad's name and Aven we just found it and liked it. He is a bundle of joy and lots of work and no sleep. Hardly even enough time to get on the computer. It's all worth it though. My wife ended up having a C-section after Laboring for hours and the stubborn little boy just wouldn't come out. In the process of the surgery, her bladder was nicked and so that had to be repaired. So, she is in some pain and it's hard for her to get around, so I'm working overtime at home trying to keep up. My wife really wants to nurse him and while in the hospital she had to have a CAT SCAN of her Abdomen and because of some medication she had to get, she couldn't nurse for 24hours so the baby was fed formula from a bottle which is kinda making the feedings a bit difficult, but hopefully making progress. I'll try to check in every now and then, but I'd just thought I'd share the special occasion.

 

Congrats Buck! Yep, you'll be busy and sleep deprived for a while, but the rewards you get will be worth it!

 

Hey Buck, CONGRATULATIONS DAD!!! I was wondering when you guys were going to have him! Hey, if you don't mind, I'll put an annoucement thread in the forum for you! I hope your wife is doing okay, be sure to get a pic of you your son up here when you get a chance. Good Job Patrick!!
