Leveling Kits

Does anyone know of any good quality leveling kits for a good price? I'd like to level my truck but not break the bank doing it but still have a quality kit.

a mini pack or addaleaf will keep steering and d-line geometry closest to stock, though at 2" it won't affect it much anyways. Shackles are probably the cheapest. I chose a shackle and hangar kit for mine, definatly not the cheapest or easiest option.

Icon mini spring pack is a nice cost effective way to gain 2" of lift in the front.
Made in the USA with high quality spring steel as opposed to flat stock.

Icon Vehicle Dynamics 2000-2004 FSD 2 Inch Mini Spring Pack Kit - 2000-2004 F250/F350 SRW 4wd - Truck Toyz Store

You can keep your stock shocks with the kit, but you'll get an improved ride by upgrading to Bilsteins.

i have the add-a-leaf setup, not bad, got 2" of lift, makes it a little stiffer up front but not unbearable. shackle kit with maintain the factory ride quality, but is more expensive. Mini pack would probably be ur best bet, raises it, is cheap, and doesnt stiffen up the ride. just my $.02

I have not installed them yet, but I got shackles to lift my front end 2.5 inches. There is a guy on ebay that has a couple different options to level our trucks that range from anywhere from 60-160 bucks

Check his ebay stuff out here

Be very wary of the mini spring pack that he is selling. This was posted in a thread some time ago. Kris noticed that the leaves are welded together which is a big no no. It is the same thing as putting a block under your front springs. They are probably made from the wrong type of steel also. Please don't be lured by the low price and compromise you, your family's or others safety.

He,s talking about the mini spring pack, not the shackle kit. Has anybody had any problems with their shackle kits from this vendor other than Greagin? I,ve seen his mini pack but missed the welded part.

I had the Sanderson shackles on mine and I didn't care for them at all. So I put a 2.7" spring pack on and I like them a whole lot better. I think they were like $180, but they weren't welded together and they came with all new u-bolts and everything. I can't remember the guys name, but they were on ebay called 270 MAXX or something. He gave me a nice military discount too.

Anyone ever considered lowering the rear end a bit instead of raising the front? Would like to see how it would look on my excursion with 285's. How would be the best way to do this without effecting ride?
