desire new wiring harness
Hi all
anybody have a line on a NEW & COMPLETE full wiring harness, also any thoughts on who makes the best set-up
I recently got this truck on the road (new motor needed)and have had 2 wiring fires since due to prior owners sins, I live in the country and require this truck to get to remote fires (go figure} as I am a firefighter and currently I am using this truck with the dash panels removed in case I have to get into my wiring in a hurry.
I want to completly replace all of the wiring from bumper to bumper
any thoughts??

I run an auto repair on the side, and I can tell you from experience, Painless harnesses are a headache. I've installed 3 for people in my shop...won't do it again. I've done one Ron Francis and it took about half the time of the 3rd painless....yes you have to run the wires one at a time with the Ron Francis, but the painless is already terminated at the fuse box and is alot more aggrevating to route the wires. Just my opinion, and you know what they say about those!!! Whit
