Chapter Overview And Rules

In order to start a Chapter you must have minimum of 5 FTE members willing to join. Each member must be an active FTE user for at least 30 days. The member organizing the Chapter must be an FTE user for at least 60 days.

didnt you know reading is over rated lol thanks i was more seeing if there was 5 willing members from wyoming and then go thru all the redtape

Good way to find more Members is to search first by State and then by join date,Then PM PM PM everyone who is Active, If you need help just ask.

Did you try going through the Members List in the blue bar at the top?

Click on that, and filter by state - you can PM up to 5 at a time.

Look for those who have posted recently, and send them the link to this thread,

You're bound to get a few more.

Edit: The list shows 619 registered from the Cowboy state - granted, not all of them are around any more, but with a few PM's you should be able to rustle up enough support to get off the ground.
