Is the indicator on the guage cluster working. If not the problem may be your turn signal switch. If the indicator is working you will have to trace the wires from the bulb location back until you find power. Generally you will also likely find the source of the problem there also.

Judging from my cousins '01 engine compartment this may be a tricky procedure to trace the wires. Have tried it so I couldn't tell you for sure.

$5 says your multifunction switch (turn signal, headlight stalk) has gone bad. This is a common problem and not too bad to replace. O'reilly, napa, etc.,. carry the part and it's a matter of taking the steering column shroud off and removing the switch. There are 2 screws that are Torx that hold the switch in place, so be prepared for that.

Believe it or not, but I had a flasher go out that caused this. Real easy to R/R the flasher and at under $5 bucks...what have you to lose? Worse case you'll have a spare flasher in the glove box and you have to chase the wires because this dont work.
