2002 Harley Davidson towing BAJA?

I have an 02' HD I am in the market for a lake boat I was looking into a baja 21 foot bow-rider. Basically I am just wondering if you think my truck can handle towing this boat? Any information will be appreciated thanks!

I personally tow a 3100# LARSON I/O fish/ski deck boat with a F-150 4 X 4 Super Crew Off Road pkg.

JUST "expect the mpg to go down alot" !!!!!!! AND don't forget to take it out of OD for towing !!!!!!!!!
