It depends. What year are the wheels you want to put on your '03?

If they are 99-04 wheels off of an F-250 or a SRW F-350, then yes you can.

So only up to 04? I thought Ford came out with the 18" Wheels in 06/07. Anyway dose the lug pattern change in 05?

Thanks

Lug pattern doesn't but backspacing does. To use 05+ wheels on a 99-04 you need spacers and if you use 99-04 wheels on an 05+ they'll stick out past the fenders pretty good.

I just put a set of 05 King Ranch 18's on my 03 and had to get the spacers. I think they look great on the truck but I wouldn't have bought them if it wasn't such a good deal, they rub the springs without the spacers.

Cool thanks, Where did you get the spacers and what did the cost kill you? I am torn about dumping my 03 Diesel for an f150 or keeping it and tricking it out a little.

thanks in advance

Sent you a pm about the spacers but dude you gotta keep the PowerStroke. I know fuel is rediculous but you'll get 3-4 times more miles out of that truck than with a gas truck. I got lucky and got 200,000 from a 94 F150 with the 351W but it sure felt every mile, now my 03 7.3 has 193,000+ and feels new.
