91 7.5 EFI Heads

Well after a little research I found that a member said that the stock EFI Heads need a little help in larger valves and porting and polishing. So I am wondering what would be the best combination as far as valve sizes and so on. I am not to familar with performance engine building but have rebuilt engines before. The motor has 128,000 on the clock and the heads to my knowledge have never really gotten hot.

So I guess what I am asking is if it is worth getting the heads up to par and installing a good set of headers such as banks.

From what I hear, the '93-up heads (F3TE, I think?) have a better combustion chamber. If you can source a pair of these and work them over, you might be ahead of the game.
