I work for an auto glass company. There is NOTHING out there that will make a chip or crack disappear. Nothing. The only thing and best thing for ya would be to replace it. Windshields aren't as expensive as most people think. Trust me on this one.
The only thing repairs are good for is to prevent that chip from spreading. If you have cracks, it's too late to do anything.
