6.0L Turbo Boost Problem

So being a new member to this forum limits my access but i will see if i can get some held here.

04 F350 6.0L
220000 Kilometres
Strait pipe 4' turbo back to 6" stack
Cold air intake
Edge evolution Chip
Hopped up built aluminum tranny with a tough tow shift kit
6" lift
35" tiers

Problem: Next to no boost driving down highway at 110 kilometres @ 1900-2000 rpm. 5 psi and sometimes 0 psi.

Recently had some work done on it causing the shot to remove cold air intake and inter coolor line that goes to manifold. Blew inter cooler line off manifold, fixed that. drove 200 km and boost dropped to nothing. If i put my foot in it i can still reach 28-30 psi of boost but have nothing under 1800 rpm.

If any one can help that would be greatly appreciated.

You will want to start your own thread for this. You will get a better response that way. Very few look here to see help requests.

But your issue sounds like vanes sticking in turbo.

[QUOTE=bismic;6314817](a lot of new 6.0L owners have been FTE members for quite a while - for them no problem. Sorry I did not think of the brand new forum members PM situation)

rsmarcil - I will try emailing you or look for an email

Bizmark, I have seen your stuff for some time now; however, I am also a new member. Would you please send me your spreadsheets?...Thanks...
