93 F150 5.0 Question

I'm considering buying a 93 F150 2wd 5.0 But it has 275,000-300,000 miles. The owner is wanting $500. I was just wanting some opinions.

Paint is worn out but it looks worth the money. Hell I'd buy it for the parts at that price.

like shooter said the paint is dull, it looks to me like the hood is damaged on the drivers side to, but I would try and bargain him down to 400.00, if he doesn't take 400.00 then it would be worth 500.00

Any decent running and driving truck is worth $500. If it's a 4x4 it's worth $1000.

That being said, never pay the asking price.
PO of my 77 wanted $1200 with a tool box on it. I got it for $500 without the toolbox (already had one for it).

Does anyone know if a OEM radiator hose would work even though it just had a 300 6cly.radiator put in it. The motor is a 302. Also would glasspacks, or Flowtech Raptor Turbo Performance Muffler sound better?

Best I remember, the 300 and the V8 radiators have the inlet and outlet sides swapped. If that's correct, you'll likely need a custom hose.
